Shrimp Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
          
        1 lb Philly Shrimp, peeled and deveined
              
              
              
            3 Green Onions
              
              
              
            2 Celery Stock
              
              
              
            Grape Tomatoes
              
              
              
            ½ cup Mayonnaise
              
              
              
            16 oz Sour Cream
              
              
              
            1 packet Ranch Dip
              
              
              
            Lettuce
              
              
              
            1 Tbsp Capers
              
              
              
            Salt & Pepper
              
              
              
            16 oz Boxed Pasta
              
              
              
            Preparation:
          
        1. Boil pasta as instructed on the box.
              
              
              
            2. Boil Philly Shrimp for about 2 minutes.
              
              
              
            3. Pour sour cream, ranch dip and mayonnaise into a large bowl. Mix with a whisk until combined.
              
              
              
            4. Rinse and cool pasta and shrimp.
              
              
              
            5. Add celery and green onion into the same bowl. Mix with a spatula until combined.
              
              
              
            6. Add capers and shrimp. Mix with a spatula until combined.
              
              
              
            7. Add pasta. Mix with spatula until combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.
              
              
              
            8. In serving bowls, add lettuce and grape tomatoes.
