Shrimp Boil Packets

Ingredients:
Philly Shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 Sheets of 12x14 Inch Tin Foil
Baby Potatoes
1 Inch Thick Corn
¼ Inch Sausage Links
6 Tbsp Melted Butter
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Tsp Chopped Thyme
2 Minced Cloves of Garlic
½ Tsp Cajun Seasoning
Parsley for Garnish
Preparation:
1. Place about 8 baby potatoes, 2 pieces of corn, 4 sausage pieces, and 4 pieces of shrimp on the tin foil.
2. Pour the lemon juice, chopped thyme and minced garlic into the melted butter, then mix well.
3. Drizzle 2 tbsp of the mixture and the cajun seasoning onto the ingredients on the tin foil.
4. Fold over all sides, then place the second sheet on top and fold the sides around.
5. Grill on medium-high heat for about 15 minutes, then garnish with parsley.
