Shrimp Avocado Salad
Ingredients:
          
        1lb of Philly Shrimp
              
              
              
            2 tbsp Oil
              
              
              
            Salt
              
              
              
            Pepper
              
              
              
            2 tbsp Oregano
              
              
              
            2 tbsp Lime Juice
              
              
              
            2/3 cup of Water
              
              
              
            1 Avocado
              
              
              
            ½ cup of Sour Cream
              
              
              
            Romaine Lettuce
              
              
              
            1 ½ Cups of Cherry Tomatoes
              
              
              
            Bell Peppers
              
              
              
            Carrots
              
              
              
            Eggs
              
              
              
            Cucumbers
              
              
              
            Croutons
              
              
              
            Preparation:
          
        1. Put shrimp in a bowl and pour the olive oil, salt, pepper and 2 tsp of oregano on it. Mix it.
              
              
              
            3. Spread Shrimp on the pan.
              
              
              
            4. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 minutes.
              
              
              
            5. Pour 2 tbsp on Lime Juice, 2/3 of a cup of water, 1 avocado, ½ of sour crème, salt and pepper in a blender.
              
              
              
            6.  Grab a bowl and put the lettuce, 1 ½ cup of cherry tomatoes, 1 bell pepper and the cooked shrimp. Mix and enjoy!
