Philly’s Shrimp Tortas
Ingredients:
          
        2 Tbsp Olive Oil
              
              
              
            1 Minced Garlic Clove
              
              
              
            ¾ Cup Red Onion
              
              
              
            ½ lb Mexican Chorizo
              
              
              
            ¾ lb Large Philly Shrimp
              
              
              
            Salt and Pepper to Taste
              
              
              
            1 Tomato
              
              
              
            1 Lime
              
              
              
            1 Tbsp Melted Butter
              
              
              
            Mayonnaise
              
              
              
            Romaine Lettuce
              
              
              
            1 Sliced Avocado
              
              
              
            Preparation:
          
        1. Sauté minced garlic clove, red onion and Mexican Chorizo in the olive oil, then stir well.
              
              
              
            2. Add Philly Shrimp and mix well.
              
              
              
            3. Add salt and pepper to taste, then mix well.
              
              
              
            4. Slice tomato.
              
              
              
            5. Juice the lime into the pan.
              
              
              
            6. Spread the melted butter, then the mayonnaise onto the bread.
              
              
              
            7. Pack on the meat, then layer the lettuce, tomato slices and avocado.
